About Us

Benson Awosika, Esquire, the President of Awo Title.
Benson obtained his Juris Doctor degree from West Virginia University College of Law, and his Masters of Public Administration from Eberly College of Arts and Sciences. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a certificate in Business Project Management. Mr. Awosika is licensed to practice law in the state of Maryland, and he is a licensed title producer in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

Tosin Gbadamosi, Title Counsel.
Tosin is licensed to practice law in multiple jurisdictions including Maryland, New York, and Alabama. He obtained his Master of Laws degree from the University of Maryland School of Law, and his Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from Lagos State University. A Barrister at Law from Nigeria Law School, he is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. As our title attorney, Tosin examines and clears all title defects involving residential and commercial real estate. An avid enthusiast of real estate law, Tosin enjoys formulating curative measures to clear complex title issues. His unwavering patience and personalized service are great assets in ensuring a smooth transaction for our customers. A true family man, Tosin’s greatest satisfaction is spending time with his family and friends.

Stephanie Duarte, Processor.
As the Settlement Processor, Stephanie examines abstracts, clears liens and judgments, and provides completed binders to our lenders. She is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Her favorite part of her job is being surrounded by amazing co-workers, and going above and beyond for our clients. A true native of Hyattsville, Maryland. Stephanie is a proud Washington Nationals fan, and her favorite player is Juan Soto. She enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her four-legged family members, Bela and Candelita.

Brandy Davis, Post Closer.
Brandy is our diligent Post-Closer. She takes tremendous pride in her quick response to all Post-Closing inquiries. Brandy spent over 20 years in Accounting before making the switch to Real Estate. Her favorite part of her job is learning about new things in real estate and assisting our customers in achieving their dream of homeownership. An avid biker, Brandy enjoys spending time on her Harley-Davidson Fat Boy. She also enjoys riding horses, spending time with her family, and traveling. Her favorite destination is London, England.

Marina Goldgisser, Pre-Processor.
As our Settlement Pre-Processor, Marina is typically the first point of contact and she truly enjoys her interactions with our customers. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Science, and a Master’s Degree in Secondary Science Education. Marina is currently pursuing a second Master’s Degree in Geography. Marina spent 8 years in Education before discovering real estate. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, running, kayaking, going to the beach, traveling, spending time with her family and two mischievous cats.
